Delicious Mix of Suji and creamcheese into a pudding that becomes mandatory to try. INGREDIENTS
SUJI:
½ CUP SEMOLINA / SUJI
½ CUP SUGAR
¼ CUP POWDER MILK
¼ TSP CARDAMOM
2.5 CUP LIQUID MILK
CREAMCHEESE:
½ CUP CREAM CHESSE
½ CUP SUGAR
¼ CUP POWDER MILK
½ CUP WHIPPING CREAM
2 CUP LIQUID MILK
2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
2 TBSP MAIDA / FLOUR
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
CHOPPED SLICED ALMOND

INSTRUCTIONS
For Suji layer:
1-In a bowl, add SEMOLINA / SUJI, SUGAR, POWDER MILK, CARDAMOM and LIQUID MILK
MIX WELL.
2-COOK UNTIL BECOME THICKEN.POUR INTO An OIL GREASED MOULD
KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 min. For CreamCheese layer:
3-In another bowl , add CREAM CHESSE, SUGAR, POWDER MILK,WHIPPING CREAM and LIQUID MILK
MIX WELL.
4-Then add CORN FLOUR,MAIDA / FLOUR and VANILLA EXTRACT.
COOK UNTIL THICKEN.
5-POUR IT OVER THE SUJI LAYER and KEEP ASIDE FOR COOLDOWN A LITTLE
6-GARNISH IT WITH CHOPPED SLICED ALMOND ON TOP THEN COVER WITH A WRAPING PLASTIC
7-KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS.
