PALAK CHAMPAKALI CHAAT

Palak Champakali chaat is a crispy,colourful and a tasty one to snack on. INGREDIENTS -Bunch of Spinach

-2 cup maida

-1 tsp chaat masala

-1 tsp ajwain

-3 tbsp Oil

INSTRUCTIONS -Grind the bunch of spinach into paste(with water)

-In a bowl,put the maida,ajwain,chaatmasala,oil and salt to taste

-Mix it well until it molds it when you hold the mix and shouldn't be brittle

-Add spinach paste and mix well(add water only if required)

-Sprinkle little water and make it smooth

-Cover the dough for 15-20mins

-Knead the dough a little

-Take half the dough and knead it with oil in your hand and make a log.

-Now cut it into 10-11 pieces.

-Roll them

-With each piece , roll them into thin circles

-And cut few rectangles in the inside of the circle and roll them and pinch the sides

-Do this for all the pieces

-Now fry them on medium flame

-Take these from the pan and put it into a plate and pour some yogurt,green chutney,sweet chutney and chaat masala and is ready to serve.
