EGG MASALA MALAI

Egg Malai Masala is an easy Egg Curry recipe cooked in a creamy gravy without any cream! This unique Egg Curry was first made by Spice Eats on YouTube, and gave it a try and its really delicious.


INGREDIENTS


-4 Boiled Eggs cut in halves

-2 medium Onions cut into cubes

-2 Green chillies

-1 Tsp Ginger-garlic paste

-1 Tsp Cumin (jeera) powder

-1/2 Tsp Pepper powder

-1 Tsp Garam Masala powder

-1 Bunch Coriander leaves finely chopped

-200 Ml Milk

-1 Tsp Salt to taste




INSTRUCTIONS


- Put the cubed onions & green chillies into a grinder and blend into a paste .

- In a pan, add oil , add the onion-green chilli paste and cook for 2 mins.

- Now add the ginger-garlic paste, mix well and stir often.

- Switch off the flame and add the milk. Mix it well with the Masala.

- Switch on the flame to low.

- Put in cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder & salt. Mix well & cook for a few mins.

- Place the egg halves in the gravy facing the yolk side down.

- Cover the pan.

- After few mins turn the egg halves yolk side up.

- Add the finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

- And now its ready to serve this delicious dish.
