Cream of Chicken Soup

Quick and easy soup recipe that doesn't necessarily have cream in it becasue here cream means the fine puree. Ingredients x 2 tablespoon butter  x 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic  x 2 tablespoon chopped onion x 2 tablespoon chopped celery x 2 thyme springs x 2 cups boneless chicken cut into cubes  x 2 tablespoon flour x 1 liter water x Salt x Pinch of pepper powder Instructions x Melt the butter in the pan and add garlic,onion, celery and thyme to cook on low flame. x Add chicken and cook it for 3-5 minutes. Later add flour and stir the mixture. x Add water and boil it for 10-12 minutes. Also add salt to taste and cook it until it reduces to half. x Strain the soup into a bowl using a strainer. x Grind the left chicken. Also add the strained soup. Grind it well. x Now strain the ground chicken-soup into the same bowl using strainer. x Boil the strained soup well and add a pinch of pepper. x
